I'd also stay away from so many repetitive effects. I can understand if you are stuck using an entire case of something, but it still gets boring. I am speaking primarily to the purple strobes. Great effect, but too much.
Also, it looks like you have about 80 launch sites. I'd reccomend narrowing it down to 5 or so. With my 1.4 shows I use 5 fronts and 2 cake stations. That way you use 2 cakes at each station and that makes an entire case. It would translate to 1.3 as well as far as being easy to set up.
Is this for a real show? If so, I would stay away from those broken heart shells unless they're 8" or above. I dont even know if you can buy that effect in America. The Japanese have done some effects like that.
